[rt-users] Viewing priorities in queues?

I've edited quite a few of the default views to reflect the fields that I'm
interested in.  For example, the home page queries I've replaced the
"requested" top 25 with "the top 25 unowned tickets."  In the case of
actual search results however, you need to edit config.pm under
%WebOptions.
