[rt-users] Non-authenticated ticket viewing?

    I've been through the FAQ's and the archives, and haven't found the
answer or if it's possible.  Is there any way to let the requestor without
rights view a ticket without logging in?  Don't even care if they all use a
common account and the credentials are stuck in the URL (a la the "view your
ticket" email generated by scrips).

   Anybody had luck with this?
