[rt-users] Abuse queue / Keywords

Hello !!

Now that my RT install is ok, I'd like to get tips/steps about implementing
a queue to track abuse reports. 

Is possible to automatically group tickets by SPAM subject, removing Fwd:
and Re: ? 

Also, I don't know exactly how to use Keywords Is possible to use this
feature to filter attack and spam reports ?
