[rt-users] RT/BB integration?

Yes:

/opt/bb/etc/warnrules:

computer.letras.de;;conn disk msgs smtp;;0 6;*;netadm at letras.de ...

where netadm at letras.de is (/etc/mail/aliases on another box):

# netadm: BB-Alerts and stuff
netadm:      |"/opt/rt/bin/rt-mailgate netadm correspond"
netadm-action: |"/opt/rt/bin/rt-mailgate netadm action"

Works great, as there are three people monitoring this queue, so
when I get paged, I can take a look into RT and see, if someone else
is already working on this (or confirmed it as a false alarm).
