[rt-users] default values

Set the options you want, click Update Queue Filters, and then bookmark
that page... I put it in the IE Links bar, so I just click there and
*bam* it's there.

My options, which work well for me, are:

Status: unresolved
Queue: any
Owner: none / myself
Refresh: every 3 minutes
Sort: Last, up
