[rt-users] must user "root" exist for rt?

Nod. But user root really needn't to exist - We use about three instances
of RT with more than 2 years w/o "root" account.
...After install just log in as root, make an rt-admin account with Admin
RT check box marked (empty e-mail address as written above) and log off.
Log in as the new rt-admin and you could delete the "root". CLI is
accessible to you just after creation an UNIX account rt-admin - to use
it, you have to do "su rt-admin", so given RT instance is a little
protected against possible mistake of real "root".
