[rt-users] Mail Problem

I ran into the same problem on the same setup (RT, Debian, Exim).
Change your makefile, and comment out the default MAIL_OPTIONS line
and uncomment the other example line.
Specficially, MAIL_OPTIONS should be
-oi -t
instead of
-oi -t -ODeliveryMode=b -OErrorMode=m
