Lots of stuff ;-)  There's a script in the source tree that checks for
nearly all the necessary modules.  Just run it.

ls -l `which suidperl`

Does it have the suid bit set?  My perms look like this:

-rws--x--x  3 root  wheel  50920 Jun 26 09:03 /usr/bin/suidperl*
