[rt-users] Mail error

[Steven Coutts]

rt is installed properly, this is the only thing that is not working. There
is a queue called general.

And i have read the README (what there is on mailgate anyway)

Because rt either hasn't been installed properly, or perhaps you haven't
created a queue yet. Go RTFM. (start with the README file)
