[rt-users] Problem with creation of tickets in queues

Hi,
I have a user : jec
I can't create any ticket in any queue until I add SuperUser privileges
to him!
Is it normal?
For root, I have all the queues in the queue dropbox but with jec, I
have no queue in the queue dropbox. Normal?
