[rt-users] I.E Problems

Yes I'm using version 5.50.4x.
I'm also having problems creating the templates directory and the templates
within it automatically when I create a new queue, I have to do this
manually, is this normal?.

sounds like an IE bug. are you sure you're running the most recent rev of
