-HELP','Room 000','Keeper of the Blinkenlights',1);

using the root account, go recreate the rest of your users with
RT's regular admin tools.

This is scary.  I'm imagining tracerouting you and seeing links like "Route
84" and "Route 9, Exit 14".  Obviously, this is illness induced.
