[rt-users] rt command does not work

Huh. weird. you may need to add /usr/local/mysql/lib/mysql to
the LD_LIBRARY_PATH. or, for example, under linux, add it to
/etc/ld.so.conf and run /sbin/ldconfig -v and then try building
Msql-Mysql-Modules again.
