[rt-users] Specify ticket information via e-mail

anybody knows if it is possible to control owner, due date and priority
of the ticket when I send an email to RT for a new request, something like

Subject: New request

Owner: tom
Pri: 35
Due: 28-11-2001

The content of the request is...
