[rt-users] feature idea: auto-link urls

You know, I'm not even sure that it's what you mean, but the idea of
creating RT "Refers to" links from the content of the ticket is just great.
it can definitely be done with a scrip. and I'd _love_ to see someone put it 
together. (I may not get to it for a while, myself)
