[rt-users] RT2.0.8 on Mandrake 8.0

I'm considering installing RT2.0.8 on a Mandrake 8.0 system I have.
 
Are there any issues over and above those described in Jesse's installation
notes that I should be aware of.
 
Do I need perl 5.6.1? 
 
Any other known issues with RT and Mandrake 8.0?
 
Any advice greatly appreciated.
