[rt-users] Problem with e-mail gateway (RT version 2.0.8)

That really looks like an RT 1.0.x error message.  Are you sure 
you ran newaliases?  Are you sure that /etc/mail/aliases is the right file?
(Sometimes you want /etc/aliases)
