[rt-users] v2.0.6 Login screen version wrong

I needed to go into rt/lib and do a make clean before running make
upgrade.  For some reason, it didn't want to rebuild the perl stuff when
there was only the var change.  I didn't have a chance to report this as a
bug yet.
