[rt-users] Blank content on correspondences

Hello,

Recently we've been experiencing blank contents in the emails sent out by RT
2.0.6. Either it will be completely blank, or if it's an Admin-type template
it will only have the standard link to the ticket at the top.

Has anyone else experienced this? I can't seem to find a common thread with
the problems. Let me know if I've not given enough information.
