[rt-users] Blank content on correspondences

Also, I'm not quite sure this is related, but it seems similar: I'm in the
web interface looking at a ticket. Then I click 'Reply' on the particular
item in the ticket I wish to reply to. However, when it opens the next page
for me to insert my text, the ticket content loses the quoted text. There is
only one '>' where the quoted text would normally be. (This is not quite the
same as the other problem, as the blank/empty emails are sent even if the
text field is filled with text.) Sorry to confuse things if this is
unrelated, but I figure it might be since it deals with inserting contents
somewhere.
