Hi,

If people send mail encrypted with PGP, they encrypt it with the public
key of your helpdesk email address. If you don't consider this very
harmful, you could give every queue member the private key of that email
address. This way they can decrypt the email in their own mail program.

Unfortunately I have no solution for the Web UI.
