[rt-users] Mason error

Hi,

I have a couple of (identical) tickets which I am unable to access - 
they keep generating the following error:

They both generated an error when I tried to create them (something 
about the maximum length of a line in inline text), but I didn't 
catch the error.

Any ideas about what is going on?
