[rt-users] Keyswords?

Heya.

 I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find a really good answer.

 Can someone please explain (or point to a previous explaination) how exactly
 keywords work? I gather they are similar to "Area" in RT1.

 I'm also looking for a good explaination of watchers, but I haven't had time
 to play with that yet, perhaps I'll be able to figure that one out :)
