[rt-users] Global Group Rights: first entry always selected?

Hi Request Trackers,

here's another one: When changing global group rights (and
in similar dialogs as well) there is always the first entry
in every list preselected ... this is quite annoying, as
Submit always acts as it should: It grants the (first) right
selected ... maybe this is an Opera phenomenon, but it
shouldn't happen anyway ...

Ideas?
