In FreeBSD 4.5, you cannot use the 'US/Eastern' timezone: use the
'EST5EDT' timezone.  All valid zones are listed in
/usr/share/zoneinfo.  The $Timezone variable is just a file name
relative to this directory, so use whatever zone you like from there.
