[rt-users] external user authentication (i.e. LDAP)

I'm looking at the "LookupExternalUserInfo" functionality.  I'd like to use
our existing Novell Directory Services, accessible via LDAP, to authenticate
people, rather than building yet another independent database of user
accounts.
