[rt-users] How to hide Configuration Tab ?

One way to do what you want would be to replace your if clause with this
one:

if ($session{'CurrentUser'}->HasSystemRight({ Right => 'SuperUser' })){

That will give everyone who has the "SuperUser" right a Configuration tab,
and no one else.
