[rt-users] RT2 dont work I don't know why

Hello,
      I have a problem with RT2. I have installed the version 2.0.13
      and the installtion said, it's all ok, mod_perl said, it's all
      ok. So I restart the apache, and the GUI don't work I have
      complete insert the the textpart for VirtualHost, with the
right
      paths ;)
      I can't found files in /tmp and all logfiles of this
virtualhost
      was emtpy ...

      My configuration:
       Apache 1.3.24
       PHP 4.x
       mod_perl 1.26
       and RT2.0.13
