[rt-users] RT WebUI suggestion: on change queue & keywords add

Hi,

When modifying a ticket, I can change status, subject etc, and edit the relevant keywords, but as soon as I change the queue, the keyword changes  are ignored.

I realise that this would be due to the fact that keywords are not neccesarily the same for different queues.

Would it not be better then to seperate these screens, thus seperating "Basics" and "Keyword Selection"?
