[rt-users] Creating users using WebUI

Hi, 
	How do I create users using WebUI. In the docs it is shown as
With the web interface, click on "Config" then "Users" then "Add new user".
When creating new users, be sure to fill in: 
*	Name 
*	Email Address 
*	Password 

	But when I open WebUI it just shows be "login" and "password" fields
and nothing else.
	Did I miss something?
