[rt-users] reply problems

hi list,

reading the documentation and digging through the archives was no help for
my problem.
maybe anybody of you rt-cracks can help ?

i'm using rt 2.0.13 with sendmail on a SuSE 7.3 box.

my problem :

i write a reply on an existing ticket and enter an additional e-mailaddress
into the CC: (Sends a carbon-copy of this update......).
Update Type is set to "response sent to requestors".
when i click on the submit button, the requestor recieves his reply, the
recipient specified manually in CC field doesn't, nor does the CC specified
as ticket-watcher.

the mail-log just reports the following :

to me this looks like rt hasn't even tried to send anything to the CCs.

i've put up the following scips :

OnCorrespond NotifyAdminCcs with template test responder
OnCorrespond NotifyOtherRecipients with template test responder
OnCorrespond NotifyRequestors with template test responder

anything wrong here ???


any help would be greatly appreciated.
