Hi everyone,
Just started playing with rt and am having problems getting emails to appear in rt web interface. Sendmail spits out the following guff...
Aug 9 11:23:10 flod sendmail[22620]: g791NAR22620: from=root, size=20, class=0, nrcpts=1, msgid=<200208090123.g791NAR22620 at flod.server101.com>, relay=root at localhost
Aug 9 11:23:10 flod smrsh: uid 8: attempt to use rt-mailgate --queue support --action correspond
Aug 9 11:23:10 flod sendmail[22623]: g791NAR22620: to="|/opt/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue support --action correspond", ctladdr=support (8/0), delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=prog, pri=30020, dsn=5.0.0, stat=Service unavailable
Aug 9 11:23:10 flod sendmail[22623]: g791NAR22620: g791NAQ22623: DSN: Service unavailable
Aug 9 11:23:10 flod sendmail[22623]: g791NAQ22623: to=root, delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=local, pri=30120, dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent
As you can see the alias "support" points to the rt-mailgate pipe, but I get the Serivce unavailable message ??
Another thing to consider, when I simply type> echo "test" | /opt/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue support --action correspond
on the command line, I get an entry in the web interface.
any ideas ?
thanks in advance.
