I concur.

I made a similar change for 'the Boss' from Nobody to Anybody - go figure
the logic there - and made the necessary changes in the database and code.  
I asked for a test and have seen no complaints.  As I'm a watcher for
several queues I've seen several new tickets come through so I assume both
changes were needed.
