[rt-users] Add field (for acct#)

Hi all:

I've been playing with keywords (they're great), and I wonder if there is
a way to add a keyword-like field that permits free text rather than the
pulldown list that keywords permits.  I'd like to add a field for acct#
and be able to search on it, etc, and I don't want to have to enter every
possible acct# as a keyword.  Contributions?  Suggestions?
