[rt-users] Carbon Copy ( Cc:) Problem With RT 2.0.14

I had the same problem with OnCreate, for some reason at ticket creation
time CC doesn't appear to be processed, but is added to the ticket as a
CC watcher (and then ticket resolves do go out).

Any ideas about that?
