in rt2 the rtq command line program is called rt2/bin/rt. It performs
the same type of command line functions as rtq.
For example, to list all open tickets in a specific queue that are not
resoved:
<path2rt>/rt2/bin/rt --limit-queue=supportQ --limit-status=!resolved

Subject: [rt-users] RE: RTQ binary in RT1 missing in RT2
Hi Guys,
I have a couple of perl scripts that were based on the RTQ binary in
RT1. I am trying to move these perl scripts to our RT2 server but they
will not work because the rtq binary does not exist in RT2. Does anyone
have any idea how whether it is possible to copy the binary over to RT2
or is there a way I can substitute this in RT2.
Thank you all for your help
Hillary
