[rt-users] Error on make install

Phil meant remove the space within the quoted value of your DB_RT_PASS.  In
your
case, the password is "**** ". Remove the space before the end quote.

I pasted incorrectly, there is no space between the DB_RT_PASS value and the

Remove the trailing space from the value of DB_RT_PASS in your
Makefile.
