[rt-users] Viewing New Tickets

Just got RT loaded and running and am having a couple of problems.

1st of all...  I'm set up as a user and in an Administrator group with
Superuser privileges globally.  I'm unable to view any new tickets coming in
under the "25 highest pri tickets I requested"

Any ideas?

more after I fix this.
