[rt-users] Migrate an individual queue

Has anyone ever attempted to migrate an individual queue and all its
data, including users with permissions on that queue, to another RT
installation?

Basically, my site has a test RT installation and then one for
production. We'd like to be able to move a queue at a time. I would
prefer that some/all of this be automated via mysql queries, dumps, and
loads if possible.

I don't hold out much hope for a clean solution, but I figured I 
should ask.
