[rt-users] Mason local files not being used.

fixed: not sure what was happening, but I just copied the original file back
out and then modified that..

heya.

 I've found that one of my files is the mason local directory eg,
$rtbase/local/WebRT/html isn't being used.. I've tried stopping and starting
apache, but it still isn't being used.

Any ideas?
