[rt-users] minor rt2 errors

Hello all!  We have moved from an older version of rt to rt2  wow.. nice 
web interface.

Rt 2.0.9 is th version, it is running on a redhat 7.2 box.  With qmail as 
the mailer.

here is what the mail logs are telling me:
