[rt-users] reports for Pete's sake

Dwayne,
We use Cognos to generate reports.  It looks directly to the MySQL
database for the data.  Its a commercial package but I'm sure you can
use any off-the-shelf package, I bet even Crystal Reports would work.

	A few people asking about reports and only one even got a reply.
	
	And that reply was "look at ftp.fsck.com" which is not even
accepting
	ftp connections at this time.
	
	I need reporting capability. I thought it existed but obviously

	didn't do enough research before deploying rt.
