[rt-users] Attachments and RT

"Yes," and "it's configurable."  I think RT does quite well with
attachments -- I've had a few hiccups but nothing serious.  For long
attachments, there are three config variables: $MaxAttachmentSize,
$TruncateLongAttachments, and $DropLongAttachments.  Their purpose is
probably self-evident.
