[rt-users] does the People - add watcher works ?

Hallo all,

 I am testing RT2 for a while and cannot managed watchers only for one 
distinct ticket. 

 I think it is done by going to the ticket form, selecting people and add new 
watcher. 

 Then, that user could (in according to scrips setup) obtain messages 
reffering to the concrete ticket.
