First guess: Did you set up a scrip to generate email responses?
From: http://fsck.com/rtfm/article.html?id=2#50
A reasonable default set of scrips for a queue is something like this:
OnCreate AutoReplyToRequestors with Global Template: AutoReply
OnCreate NotifyAdminCcs with Global Template: Transaction OnCorrespond
NotifyAllWatchers with Global Template: Correspondence
OnComment NotifyAdminCcsAsComment with Global Template: AdminComment
OnResolve NotifyRequestors with Global Template: Resolved

This is probably a FAQ and I'm probably just being a tard, but I can't
get RT 2.0.11 to send email.
I've gone through config.pm several times. I've shut down and restarted
Apache after every config.pm change. I've tried "sendmail" and
"sendmailpipe" for $MailCommand, and $LogToFile and $LogToScreen are both
set to "debug".
$SendmailPath is set to /usr/sbin/sendmail, which is proper. (we're
using mailwrapper on freebsd, if that makes any difference. It's a
stock config, though.)
No mail comes out when i reply with Response to requestors, no logs are
generated at all when I send a message (either in rt's log, or the system
mail logs). No auto-responses are generated on inbound mail either.
What am I missing?
