[rt-users] Stock Answers addon

[RT2 Troubles]

I just installed the Stock Answers addon for RT2 and it is sorta working...

The stock answers link shows up when you reply to a ticket.
The stock answers java window comes up when you click the link.
The stock answers files I have setup are showing up.
BUT
When I click on any of the stock answers I get an access error. 

Now I'm no security guru by any stretch of the imagination, but all the files 
and dirs involved are marked 'r' for everyone. To me that should work, but 
perhaps stock answers needs access to something?

Here's my directory structure:

/usr/local/rt2/local/WebRT/html/Ticket/
/usr/local/rt2/local/templates/global

Any help is appreciated. ;)
