[rt-users] Urgent: "permission denied" / "Correspondence (pro bably) not recorded"

Hey, I'm getting the same thing here!  I have the same messages showing up
in the logs too.

If anyone figures out a fix, please post it to the list.  In the meantime, I
will work on it here.
