It happened to me yesterday also with RedHat 7.3.

Just install the following package and it will run properly:

perl-suidperl-5.6.1-34.99.6.i386.rpm

The FAQ says to chmod u+s /usr/bin/suidperl but I dont seem to have
this binary under RedHat 7.3?
