Hi,

I'm sorry to bother the list with my newbie perl questions, but I can't
get escalator to work.

I've changed the path's to my RT installation, but I still be this when
I run it.

(And yes, I've installed EscalatePriority.pm)

My perl is "version 5.005_03 built for i386-freebsd"
