[rt-users] RT:Problem in Configuration.

Dear all,

When, a requestor sends a request, apart from Autoreply, Correspondance
status etc, addtional email messages is send to the
requestor like the one below mentioned.

  From:
       "Enoch Root via RT" <rt at example.net>
    To:
       maniezhilan at example.net
    CC:
       reqtrack at example.net

Can any one help me out in solving this problem?

Second Problem:  How to delete a newly created group?

I searched in http://fsck.com/rtfm, yet Iam unable to get the answer.
